Burn-Out & Stress Prevention

Burn-out is a paralyzing phenomenon of our times that makes idealism, enthusiasm, and willingness to work dwindle, and at the same time, physical discomfort arises, such as permanent fatigue, stomach ache, or sleep disorder. When you become nervous, your sleep is disrupted, your joints ache, your muscles are tense, you become more sensitive to irritating noise, and your skin gets dry, all this is a sign of a so-called disorder.


The objective of these treatments is to do away with consequences of stress and above all to optimize the ways of personally coming to terms with stress. This mode of treatment will be designed very individually, helping you to calm down and find back to yourself. Minimum duration three weeks.
